CEO & Founder
Over the last decade, Caleb Johns has passionately worked alongside farmers, chefs, and local communities to propel access and expansion of local agriculture.
Caleb’s leaderships has also gained insights throughout his 17 years of experience in the food and restaurant industry. His leadership delivered exceptional customer service and systems for award-winning restaurants The Metropolitan Grill, The Sorrento Hotel, and destination Thai restaurant May Kitchen + Bar. As previous Market Manager, Vashon Farmers Market, Caleb also contributed to the Washington State Farmers Market Association operations and growth. Caleb managed a small business fundraising and a web development firm.
Celeste M. Combs
Chief Experience Officer, Product Design
Celeste is a recognized expert in product design and customer experience that has contributed to over 300 online, mobile and hardware products. In 2002, she founded The Experience Group, one of the first consulting firms focused on optimizing product and customer experience. Clients have included Microsoft, Alaska Airlines, T-Mobile, Nielsen, REI, design agencies, and startups.
In the 1990s, Celeste worked at Microsoft and as Vice President, Customer Experience, Social Strata. Celeste is an avid mentor, startup advisor and health conscious consumer.
Jake Hanover is a long-time veteran and respected marketing guru with a track record of developing amazing stories for food and beverage brands around the world. Jake is the co-founder of H Creative, a brand storytelling agency with a client roster including Puma, Southwest Airlines, Coca-Cola, Wayfair, Eleventy Milano, S. Pellegrino, and others. With a degree in International Marketing from the University of Washington, he has built his career around creating emotional connections to brands and consults several notable agencies on Experiential Marketing and strategy.
Rich Rudinski, CEO Tragic Media, leads one of the top technology consulting firms on the west coast. Founded in 2009, the digital technology agency, fills a growing need in the digital services industry for highly technical teams to support design and marketing agencies with complex projects. After being a white-label resource for many years, Rich pivoted his company to focus on helping startups / entrepreneurs as well as large Fortune 500 companies to build and scale modern digital products. Rich and his team have built, supported, and scaled modern websites and applications for Qualcomm, Polycom, FIS, Intuit, Lego, Burger King, Pixar, and many more!
Mark is a recognizes advisor and consultant in the agriculture and farming communities. Mark was previously regional coordinator for the Tilth Association, Tilth journal editor, local chapter leader and book publisher. Mark pioneered an organic farm, developed the farm-direct program for Larry’s Markets and as Farm Program Manager at the Pike Place Market in Seattle.
Kati, CEO of iFlipd, a technology firm she founded that provides textbook rentals to students in over 10,0000 cities nationwide. She also manages BSP Studios, a photography business in the Portland, OR region. Kati provides an wealth of guidance in fundraising, company culture and business management.
